2nd Degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, and a
2nd Degree Black belt in Shotokan Karate.

Our Programs
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Our Adult Jiu Jitsu program offers both Gi and No-Gi training, giving you the best of both worlds. It is a powerful way to learn self-defense, improve fitness, and reduce stress. It will help challenge you, both physically and mentally, in a positive environment.
Our classes welcome beginners and experienced students alike. Whether your goal is to learn practical skills, compete, lose some weight, or simply find a new hobby that keeps you motivated, you’ll find a team here ready to support you!

Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
(recommended for ages 6-12)
Our kids’ BJJ program helps children build confidence, focus, discipline, coordination, and problem-solving skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Students learn real Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques while also developing respect, patience, teamwork, and perseverance. It’s a great way for kids to stay active, make friends, and feel proud of what they’re accomplishing!

Cardio Kickboxing
Looking to get that heart rate up without the worry of taking punches? Sounds like our Cardio Kickboxing class is for you! It’s a high-energy workout that mixes striking combos, calisthenics, and partner pad work. You’ll punch and kick, all while building serious cardio and having fun! There’s nothing else quite like it.
Like all of our classes, no experience is needed. Just bring your energy and get ready to sweat!
