We currently offer the following classes:

Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Adults Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Cardio Kickboxing

For the first week, we recommend comfortable workout clothes and bringing a water bottle.

If you are coming for kids or adults BJJ we strongly encourage you bring mouthguard if you are able!

Getting started is simple. Just show up! No need to sign up ahead of time.

Our only request is you show up 15-10 minutes before the classes start time so you can fill out some paper work.

***If you are not 18 years old yet, you will need a parent or a garden to come and fill out this paperwork with you!***

We generally recommend our Kids Jiu Jitsu class for kids ages 6 to 12. However, we do currently have a few younger students attending.

We offer a free trial week, so your child can try it out and see how they feel. If we feel they might be to young for this class, we will always let you know!

To successfully cancel your membership you MUST email over a written cancellation. Please be aware that all cancellation’s take up to 30 days to process in our billing system from the date of written confirmation (your email).

Sad to see you go, but we get it. Life happens!

We feel like it’s hard to know how you feel after just one class. We want you to really get the full experience and try all the classes you are able to in that first week. Once you try our classes, we have a feeling you will be signing up! and if not, no hard feelings and no strings attached!

We offer a law enforcement discount for all police men and women.

Students in high school and younger also receive a discounted membership.

We also offer discounts for family’s with multiple members! We can provide more detailed information on this at the time of sign up!
